The easy way to increase the amount of blood travelling through your body is by simply drinking lots of water. You should be drinking 3 litres of water a day, everyday. How to Produce DHT DHT is the main biochemical that causes penis growth. It is a potent form of Testosterone. Witout it growth will not take place. One of your biggest goals in order to get a bigger penis is to focus on increasing the levels of DHT in your blood. To produce DHT the body must have a high amount of Dopamine. Testosterone is produced by the adrenal and testicular glands, and is converted from Dopamine in these glands before it becomes Testosterone in it most potent form – DHT. The FDA states that you should take a minimum of 550 mg/day of Choline. DON’T take more than 3.5 g/day as it could have adverse affects (I discuss Choline in depth later).

NO/cGMP If your penis fills with blood but doesn’t rise – I do mean literally remains pointing down – then you aren’t producing enough NO and cGMP.

This area will affect growth more than Acetylcholine. Nitrogen is donated into the body by Human Growth Hormone (hGH – vital to the growth of your penis), LArginine (this regulates the release of hGH from the pituitary gland in your brain), and its precursor LOrnithine.

To form cGMP properly you need to use Phosphorus, which should be provided in your multi-vitamin formula.

Otherwise the problem could be that your body is loaded with Nitrogen donators but you aren’t getting enough oxygen. Breathe not to your chest but to your stomach. Before sex breathe very deeply, during sex try to control your breathing too. Also, ventilate the room to get lots of fresh oxygen into it.

You should supplement hGH, L-Arginine and L-Ornithine to cause penis enlargement; or if your penis points downwards when erect. Chapter II: Start Penis Growth

The Nutrients You Need to Replicate Puberty Penis Growth To increase your penis size, sensitivity, sex drive and hardness your body needs to be loaded with Testosterone. We want to produce Testosterone in its potent form, DHT. Pumping your penis full of DHT results in natural penis growth from inside your body. The problem lies in the fact that your liver can’t produce the necessary enzymes to unlock the testosterone chain, of which the final product is DHT.

The first part of this chain is Dopamine. If you always feel stressed or nervous and have mood swings for no apparent reason then the likelihood is that your body is seriously deficient in Serotonin. Serotonin is the biochemical which regulates the conversion of Dopamine into Adrenaline. Too much Adrenalin and you’ll have difficulty relaxing (oh, and you’ll ejaculate sooner than you should).

To solve this problem – and still produce the required testosterone – you need to load your body up with Serotonin. This will lead to less anxiety and help to cure premature ejaculation problems. Loading your body up with Serotonin is simple – use 5-HTP; but only for a short amount of time (max. one week). You can start using it again later when you need it, but once the problem has subsided then stop taking 5-HTP. (5-HTP is Serotonin’s precursor and will naturally be converted to Serotonin in the body.)

The other scenario is that you are happy and have good ejaculation control. In this case you lack Dopamine but not Serotonin. The cure is simple: Supply your body with L-tyrosine (an amino acid). It is a stimulant, so don’t take it after lunch, or you might be up all night unable to sleep (probably cursing me, with a rock-hard erection!)

Otherwise the problem could be poor liver function. In that case use 5-alphareductase, which converts testosterone into DHT. The other thing to improve liver function is something we’ve already discussed, Acetylcholine. Your body needs at least 550 mg/day which can be taken alone or as part of a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement.

The next thing you need is simply a lot of blood. Your blood can’t power erections if there isn’t much blood in your body! If you have enough blood and it’s pumping around your body then getting enough to your penis is easy. Remember you need lots of blood, it’s vital – and it needs to be rich in everything discussed to hold and maintain a rock-hard erection and promote penis growth. Increase blood by drinking 3 litres of water a day as I said earlier.

Human Growth Hormone is also required to help the growth of cells in your penis.

The added advantage is that it is said to turn back the clock on ageing, and it is said to make you feel better. Back in the days of old one had to inject hGH, but now you can buy sprays to assimilate it into your blood-stream. If you take part in sports and you're drug

Natural Penis Enlargement In-Depth Putting It All Together - The Completely Safe Way of Enlarging Your Penis

This step is simple. You have fully loaded your system with exactly what it needs to promote the growth of your penis. Now you have to get the nutrients there. You need to either masturbate or engage in sexual intercourse and reach the point prior to orgasm five times (at least) before you ejaculate. Then simply reach the point just before climax at least five times before you actually ejaculate. The result will be about a 2-3 inch growth in both girth and length of your penis. So all you do for the Safe Expansion Method, after loading your body with the three biochemicals is to masturbate or have sex and ensure that you reach the point just prior to ejaculation (when your penis is most expanded, and the nutrient-rich blood runs through it) at least five times. The Genital Massage By massage I don’t mean masturbation, I mean massage. We want to massage the penis because it improves blood circulation and can relax the PC muscle, meaning premature ejaculation is less likely to occur.

When you have 5-10 minutes of alone time a daily genital massage will do you the world of good. A massage will benefit testosterone production as well.

Take your right testis and massage the whole surface with your fingers for about 90 seconds. Now move over to the left and do the same. Then move back over to the right and repeat the process, then back to the left. Do this a maximum of 3 times per testis (we don’t want them to warm up too much).

Move down to the PC muscle. Massage it from your scrotum to near your anus.

Remember to massage the whole area. Left and right sides, top to bottom. Use your fingertips for this. The PC muscle is connected to the sympathetic nervous system – responsible for the ejaculation process. The more relaxed this muscle is the better for ejaculation control. Do not contract it before sex. Do not allow it to be contracted by not emptying your bladder as soon as you feel the urge to urinate.

Now massage the penis itself. It should be hard. Massage the base, and move up to the

middle on both sides for a few minutes. The base is the most significant part as all the veins, nerves and arteries enter the penis here. If your body is loaded with hGH, PGE-1 and DHT and you go through the steps of the Safe Expansion Method daily (but without ejaculating at the end) then penis growth will happen.

A Quick Recap I cannot stress how important Acetylcholine is when discussing penis health and penis growth. The three most important substances that your body must be loaded with are:

Without these you will not have a healthy penis or a healthy life.

Acetylcholine will improve erections, deformities in your penis and will help stop premature ejaculation. Such is its influence that your erections will be solid and almost instant when your body is fully loaded with Acetylcholine; as your penis was when you were younger.

Getting Acetylcholine from a Lecithin supplement is a sure-fire way to getting enough of it coursing through your veins, as well as getting some from your multivitamin/mineral formula. This substance needs to be supplemented into your body to ensure that you get enough; unlike Dopamine, which you will get naturally from the protein in food.)

this vital biochemical. If you feel on edge or find it difficult to relax then you should take 5HTP – Serotonin’s precursor. You only need to take it until you feel relaxed, then stop taking it. The best way, after you stop taking 5-HTP, to maintain high levels of Serotonin is simply by controlling the amount of times you ejaculate.

If you ejaculate too much then there is a lot of pressure on your body to replenish both testosterone (fundamental to penis growth) and the Serotonin. Why? Because Serotonin controls the conversion of Dopamine to DHT (Testosterone). If you lack Testosterone then more Serotonin is used up than you can naturally produce; resulting in poor moods, agitation, a short-fuse and premature ejaculation.

How often should you ejaculate? You should always leave at least 24 hours in between each ejaculation. This is a must. And you should only ejaculate 3 times a week until you’re 28, then twice a week until you’re 35. After that milestone you should be ejaculating once every two weeks and no more. When you hit 55 you shouldn’t ejaculate at all. If you over ejaculate then your body is depleting your stores of PGE-1 (Prostaglandin E-1) and Serotonin. Please take heed to the advice I’ve just told you. The most important thing is that you leave a day at least in between ejaculations.

I have listed everything you need to improve penis health. I’m aware that the list is somewhat daunting, so I will tabulate everything so you can clearly see what is required. To truly gain a larger penis you need to supply your body with water, amino acids, prohormones and neurotransmitters that we have discussed. What is more you need to overload your body with such substances. I will list safe levels. Do not go crazy and ignore the maximum recommended daily amounts because this could potentially do much more harm than good and your safety is paramount. I do stress though that what you take is up to you. I am giving you everything that I supplement my body with (or in some cases did, before my penis was at its desired length and girth.)

You must not ignore any of the substances that I have advised you to take without proper thought. It would be like training a tennis player to serve aces every time but not training them to return the ball, a pretty bad idea! But if, for example, you are relaxed naturally and have no problems with premature ejaculation then you don’t require 5-HTP. Your penis health is in your hands and you need to figure out exactly what you need. I’m offering you treatments for every aspect of your penis health. I want you to figure what is needed and for you to take the required action – I can do nothing more than that without seeing everyone on an individual basis.

How to Stop Growth Collagen is your body’s way of preventing too much growth. It hardens and wrinkles the skin and ensures that your penis can’t grow anymore. PGE-1 counteracts the collagen, but when your penis becomes the right size, or too big, simply stop taking the PGE-1 and GLA supplement (Evening Primrose Oil). Your body will then maintain the penis size, and it will shrink very slightly as time passes.

Once your penis is a certain size you should stop enlargement. Anything over 8 inches causes problems in both men and women. It is more difficult to power a larger penis to be up-right, rock hard and long-lasting. However we need balance. After it is 8 inches you will find that your penis will actually start to hurt the women that you make love to.

As you know, I hit 9.1 inches, and I have to be very careful with how I thrust as I can't go too deep!

Also a penis that is too big will require huge amount of DHT, which will need a lot of counteracting to stop baldness.

Straighten Your Penis To straighten your manhood and allow the perfect environment for enlargement we need to load the body up with Prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1). PGE-1 is found in Evening Primrose Oil which is now readily available in any pharmacy. What it does is increase the elasticity of the skin – so while your penis is growing from the inside, your skin can accommodate the growth from the outside. PGE-1 is also great to ease joint pains and specifically lowerback pain. (If you’re epileptic please consult your doctor before taking this supplement.)

The reason for these effects is because Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) is contained in Evening Primrose oil, which facilitates the safe expansion of nerves and blood vessels.

If you are circumcised you needn’t worry about the largest your skin will allow your penis to grow, because of the stretching abilities of PGE-1 on your skin. When you were going through puberty you had lots of DHT and lots of PGE-1. Obviously these heightened levels decline as your penis reaches its largest at the end of puberty. But this can be reversed through these simple means – it’s brilliant isn’t it!

Penis Exercises Warming up

Just like any sports, warming up is very important to make sure that you protect your penis from any undue damage. If you fail to warm up properly then you're really putting a penis risk. I'll say it again, warming up is vital!

First of all, you need to prepare your penis. Soak a washcloth in warm or hot water, then squeeze it out. Take the warm cloth and wrap it around the shaft of your penis (either flaccid or erect). Hold it right there for a minute, remove it, repeat at least twice. Next is to dry off your penis well. Many people have come up with different ways of warming up but I find the simplest to be dunking a towel in hot, but not boiling, water and wrapping it around your penis. The hotter the better – but please be careful not to burn yourself.

Before you begin your daily exercises, you have to start off with this procedure for at least 5 minutes. The hot compress is useful because it draws blood to the area of your penis, thereby escalating the blood flow and making the skin more elastic. Another advantage is that this also ensures a good grip for the exercises you will be carrying out.

Lubrication

There are many types of lubricants are used around the world. Of course, the most popular types are water-based personal lubricants. The water-based lubricants are so simple and easy to clean up, but tend to dry out quicker while you are exercising your penis. Therefore you may need to add more lube as you progress through your workout.

While the petroleum-based lubricants are fine to use but they seem to be thicker and harder to clean up.

Vaseline is the most popular of the petroleum-based lubricants, but we believe that Vig-RX oil works the best. This oil has been specially formulated to boost male enhancement.

Now you are going to learn is standard stretching and standard Jelqing.

Stretching

Standard stretching involves stretching penis so that the ligaments get longer under penis therefore gains length. The purpose of this method is to create tension in the erectile tissues by stretching the skin of the penis while in an erect state.

Stretching is so simple that you need to do is stretch the penis to make it longer. This involves gripping the penis just below the head and stretching it out with force to the ligaments gain size. There are six stretches.

Stretch one: While sitting on the edge of a sofa or bed, begin stroking your penis using your thumb and forefinger (the same "a-ok" symbol used in our other methods).

Pulling the penis directly in front of you. You put the penis out directly in front of you from 30 to 40 seconds. As you stroke the penis from the base toward the head, maintain a firm grip and stretch the skin as best as you can.

Stretch two: you put the penis directly down for 30 to 40 seconds. Stretch three: people the penis directly up for 30 to 40 seconds. Stretch four: you pull the penis directly to the left for 30 to 40 seconds. Stretch five: you pull the penis directly to the right for 30 to 40 seconds. Stretch six: you rotate the penis all the way in a circular movement for 30 to 40 seconds.

Repeat each direction 2-3 times. With these six stretches all you have to do is four sets of each everyday. Only do this after you have warmed up correctly.

After you've finished the exercise you can release the grip on the base of your penis.

You should feel the blood begin flowing again. Go ahead, you may ejaculate at this point if you feel the urge.

Remember to use a firm grip and enough lubrication, always exercise caution! Do not grip your penis too tight so that you lose the circulation. If you are in pain or feel any discomfort, then you are doing the technique in the wrong way. Read the instructions again and retry the technique slowly.

Jelqing

Stretching exercises are useful for lengthening your penis. But in order for one man to increase the circumference, you have to perform stretching exercise while your penis is in a partially-erect state. Jelqing is the technique that develops the whole penis so that its length, thickness, weight, and density all become proportionately enlarged.

Jelqing (also called "milking") is actually one of those ancient practices that has been performed for centuries by various tribes and cultures around the world. It's considered the most successful method of enlarging the penis. These “milking” exercises could force the blood into your penis. Over the course of several months, the blood spaces in the penis will gain volume. In other words; they can hold more blood.

As a result, your penis gets larger.

The standards jelq, the one that you'll be using for the first number of weeks, requires that you make in no shape with your thumb and forefinger. To make this easier to explain simply make an okay symbol with your hand. The 'O' that you create through doing this will form the basis of your jelq.

The Standards jelq involves gripping the penis at the very base, squeezing tightly, and milking penis as you would a cow so that blood is forced to the tip. Standard jelqs should each last 3 seconds from the base to the tip.

1. Apply your lubricant all over the skin of your penis. Keep your lubricant close by since you will want it to last for as long as you need it. Don‟t use the soap because it tends to dry the skin.

2. With your thumb and forefinger, squeeze the base of the penis shaft. Pull downward. Stop at the head. Repeat, alternating hands. Each stroke should last about three seconds. The stimulation will certainly help you reach an erection.

3. When your penis becomes semi-erect (not fully-erect), make the "A-OK" sign with the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. With this hand, grip tightly around the base of your penis.

4. Now starting from the base, pull the penis gently yet firm. Stretch downward and outward. You have to maintain your semi-erect penis at this point. Make certain to Penis Enlargement Bible

start from the base the head with each stroke. Note that the head of your penis will get bigger with blood.

5. Switch to your right hand and repeat the stroke, starting from the base and stretching downward to the head. Alternate both hands in a smooth rhythmic ("milking") movement, touching upon every part of the penis except the very top part of the penis head. This is the very foundation of jelqing.

Don't forget that jelqing exercises are not performed during fully-hard erection. Make sure that your penis is between half to 3/4 erect. Results cannot be obtained until a partial erection is present. After this exercise has been done for quite some time, you will notice that your penis appears both longer and thicker.

And we can assure you that from within one to several months of routine exercise, your penis will emerge quite huge; this is due to the impaction of blood in the penile tissues.

Advanced Exercises These next exercises are more advanced. You will use these as your penis becomes more used to being exercised in this way. They introduce more strain to the penis. If you were to use more advanced exercises immediately then you would do far more damage than good. The stretches and jelqs are slightly more complex.

Advanced Stretching

Advanced stretching it's just different ways of forming stretching exercises. They stretch different parts of the penis.

The Wrist Stretch

The wrist stretch is a way of applying pressure to the middle section of your penis midstretch. It stretches the ligaments more authority, but could also do more damage to your penis if your penis hasn't been trained by doing the simpler exercises first.

The Wrist Stretch involves gripping your penis just below the head, as with the standard stretch, and stretching penis directly in front of you, to the left, to the right, up and down.

To add more pressure to this stretch, you take the wrist of your free hand and apply pressure to middle of your shaft as you stretch before force. Penis Enlargement Bible

So, if you were stretching to the left, you would apply the wrist pressure on the left hand side of your shaft. If you were stretching up, you would apply wrist pressure to the other side of your shaft. If you stretching down, it would apply pressure to the bottom etc.

The Big Seated Stretch

This is a very long stretch for those of you who have time and privacy. Each stretch takes 10 minutes to complete. By that I mean literally 10 minutes of nonstop stretching.

To perform the stretch, grip your penis while seated by raising one leg up and putting your hand underneath it then gripping just below the head. Then, pull with full force and hold for 10 minutes. For the next set, lift up your other leg and using your other hand repeat the process.

The Big Squeeze

The Big Squeeze is placed in this section because it is more a stretch than a Jelq. This routine simply involves squeezing your penis by putting it on the table, and using the flattened palm of your hand, push down on the penis.

For this you push firmly by placing one hand on top of the other and using all your weight to squash the penis. You separate the penis into the upper and lower parts, and push down on each for 45 seconds

Advance Jelqing

Advanced Jelqing is for those of you who want to see big girth and length gains. We've already seen standard Jelqing, but these advanced techniques will do much more to improve your size.

You will notice there are quite a lot of Jelqing exercises that you can do. After you have completed our program, you will be a pro, and then you can develop your own jelqs.

However, by the end of our program you will probably have reached the size that you desire anyway -- so you can forget all about Jelqing!

Most Jelqing improves your length and girth. Stretching is reserved for length gains, but then length can also be obtained from Jelqing correctly. However, the main reason for using Jelqing is to improve your girth.

The Double-Handed Jelq

Erection strength: 95%

This is a variation of the standard jelq, the difference lies in using both of your hands instead of one. What you must to his start a standard jelq using your right hand, moving it up your shaft by about an inch, then with your other hand grip at the very base i.e. where Penis Enlargement Bible

your first hand started. Your left-hand is being used to trap the blood.

Now, with your right hand, jelq all the way up to just below the head of your penis. At this stage lots of blood will be trapped. Now, to gain length, finish your jelq with the first hand (your right hand) and slowly move your left hand up to just below the head. Then, take your right hand and gripped the very base again and continue this cycle.

Important things to remember: your penis must be, and remain 95% erect. Only ever do this exercise after you have warmed up properly.

This exercise is mainly for length gains, but by making a small variation you can turn it into a girth jelq. That is what we shall be looking at now...

The Double-Handed Girth Jelq


This Jelqing exercise is designed solely for improving girth. Start as you did the previous exercise -- so that your hands are either end (one at base, one just below the head). The only difference with this exercise compared to the last one is that this is your starting point.

Now all you have to do, when there is lots of blood trapped in your penis, is to slowly push to hands together while maintaining a tight grip. What you will notice is that your shaft is being expanded as the blood is forced outwards.

This is held for 30-60 seconds.

Important things to remember: again, your penis must be, and remain, 95% erect. Only ever do this exercise after you have warmed up properly.

The Double-Handed Girth Bend


This exercise is similar to the last. With one hand at either end of your shaft, literally bend the penis forwards slowly, ruling it so that the bend moves from top to the bottom.

Do this for 30-45 seconds. Repeat the exercise but in reverse i.e. bend it the other way.

The Ultimate Girth Jelq


Similar to the Double-Handed Girth Jelq, the object of this is to force your hands closer until they almost touch. The time spent on the movement from each end of your shaft to the center point should be 30-45 seconds.

You can concentrate on different parts of your penis shaft while doing this. If you want to see more gains at the base than simply don't move your base and. If you want to see more gains closer to the tip, then don't move your upper hand. You can mix up the exercise depending on whether your girth gains are level or different at different points of your penis.

Important things to remember: 95% erection. Ensure that you warm up.

Warming Down

Each step of exercises should be ended with a gentle massage and a warming down session with the help of a hot towel. When you give a massage to your penis and apply some heat to it, it helps healing and rebuilding of the cell tissue.

You see, heat promotes faster growth of tissue cells and it restores the sensibility problems you may have had during your enlargement exercises. So after each exercise, you have to massage your penis softly for about 1 minute.

You should perform a soft and circular motion with your forefinger and middle finger along the base and the shaft of the penis. Be very gentle with your moves here since your penis has just been through some serious hard workout.

Penis Exercise Schedule This is the schedule that you can start today. Alone, it won't have any affect. Until you have assimilated all of the required nutrients and biochemicals into your body, you will just get improved erections and maybe a very small amount of growth. Standard stretching is the only way to begin! For this hold each stretch (outwards, up, down, left, right and around) for 30 seconds. Your penis must be flaccid to do this or you will hurt yourself. Go through this cycle twice.

Exercise you PC muscle in the process by flexing it in the manner similar to controlling your bladder flow. This technique helps you preclude premature ejaculation. Now continue on to the standard jelq. Do this for 10 minutes, and then warm down.

Weeks 7-9

At the end of this cycle you will have your body at its optimum. This is the last transitional stage. Because of that you shouldn't do everything yet.

However, you can split your exercises into morning and night. You should do more advanced, intensive jelqs and stretches as your penis starts to get ready for growth. Spend between 20-30 minutes a day exercising. Now you can do everything but the Ultimate Girth Jelq and the Double-Handed Girth Bend.

Facts About Premature Ejaculation Premature ejaculation is the biggest sexual dysfunction in the world. This is a fact. Studies have shown that 25% of men ejaculated before penetrating there partner the time they lost their virginity. The definition of premature ejaculation seems trivial to me so I’m not going to waste our time discussing it other than to say I want you to be able to engage in intercourse for long enough to completely satisfy your lover; that way you definitely can’t class yourself as suffering from this affliction.

One thing that is worth mentioning is this; on average men take 2-3 minutes to ejaculate through penetration; women take 12-14 minutes on penetrative sex, on average, to reach orgasm. What this means is that – not including severe cases – a man needs to be able to last up to 7 times longer than average to please his partner. So, let’s make it happen…

Before we look at cures for the problem let’s look at causes; the one thing that is sure to cause premature ejaculation may surprise you...

Excessive Masturbation Masturbating (or ejaculating) excessively will increase the desire to ejaculate quickly. Masturbating the wrong way, and too frequently, will train your body to ejaculate far too soon. What I mean by masturbating the wrong way is ‘beating one out’ or rushing masturbation.

Men orgasm before women in terms of the amount of time it takes to reach orgasm during penetrative sex. This is natural, but something that we are going to overcome. The problem is that when you masturbate a lot you often do it quickly (perhaps even while clenching the PC muscle for better sensitivity) so that you ejaculate quicker; thus training your body to ejaculate sooner than even nature intended.

The problem with over-masturbation is that it tries to produce too many of the sexual neurotransmitters to replenish the old ones in too short a time-frame. We should be fully loaded with neurotransmitters, but the balance is shifted when your body tries to produce Serotonin, Acetylcholine and Dopamine faster than it naturally can. The results include fatigue, lower-back pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia and premature ejaculation among other side-effects. Why? Because your body is under undue, selfinflicted stress. Yes, I mean that it’s all your fault.

What you are effectively doing when you over-masturbate is depleting levels of the nutrients and hormones that your body requires to function to its optimum. Some men I have helped masturbated as soon before sex as they could, just to last longer. Stress

Stress is a major cause of PE because, simply put, it means that your body can’t relax. The more relaxed you are the more control over ejaculation you’ll have. It’s simple really. This is why deep breathing is promoted before and during intercourse (this is good advice). Try to control your breathing, with deep breaths that push your stomach out, not your chest; it actually helps as you need oxygen to reach your muscles and organs.

Stress is both physical and mental and consequently the more stressed you are the harder your body works to repair itself physically. Your muscles become worn, as does your central nervous system and the only result of these problems is certainly not longer staying power but the reverse. Stress stimulates the sympathetic nervous system (the one responsible for the ejaculation reflex) and causes a release of adrenalin (a major cause of PE), increases the heart-rate and takes blood from the stomach and genitals to legs and arms (for support).

If you are stressed you may have difficulty sleeping, (obviously) relaxing, may encounter mood swings, head aches, body aches, a poor immune system and anxiety.

In sexual terms stress reduces pleasure, can even cause pain, perhaps impotence and of course PE.

When we are stressed that build up has already taken place as the sympathetic nerves are already under pressure and the result is premature release.

Reducing Stress Reducing stress is vital to overcoming PE. If you can lighten your workload by taking more time off or working fewer hours per day then do. If you can’t shorten your work hours then try and take a vacation. Stress, remember, isn’t just work; it can be social activity as well. Another way to reduce stress is to maintain regular sleeping patterns. When you do this your body knows exactly when to heal itself. You will heal better when asleep and feel more alert and active when awake.

Diet is another thing to change. Stop eating sugary snacks or drinking caffeine if you want to eradicate PE. Meat and vegetables are vital to a healthy lifestyle anyway, and the amino acids that you gain from them will help to prevent PE.

Making Your Parasympathetic Nervous System Healthy Having a healthy PNS (Parasympathetic Nervous System) is perhaps the best way to end premature ejaculation indefinitely. The PNS is responsible for holding off ejaculation, but is in a constant competition with the SNS (Sympathetic Nervous System) which is trying to induce the ejaculatory process.

The SNS is responsible for dealing with actions which must happen now, and the PNS is responsible for slowing down the urge of the SNS if necessary. The PNS uses Acetylcholine and nothing else as its neurotransmitter. An abundance of this will increase strength and frequency of signals that your PNS gives out, resulting in a healthier body altogether.

The cause of a weak PNS is something we’ve already discussed: over-ejaculation – whether it be through excessive masturbation, too many ejaculations due to excessive amounts of sex or coming too many times during a sex session. If you masturbated too much from a young age then you are also doing damage to yourself. The result is too many DHT receptors on your prostate gland which means that the passage of information from your PNS to your penis is damaged, causing weak erections and premature ejaculation.

It’s simple. The first thing that you need (surprise) is water. Water stops the sperm being heavy and too thick, and therefore both increases the distance it can travel and the amount that travels. Water, as you have probably gathered by now, is vital to a healthy penis and body overall.
